Events and Special Projects Coordinator

The Events and Special Projects Coordinator will work to ensure Sarafan ChEM-H and IMA events, standing meetings, and community outreach activities are planned and produced successfully in partnership with program managers. They are expected to own events from concept to event day and will have some support from administrative staff throughout the institute. They should be adept at consulting with stakeholders and matrixed internal and campus partners on planning logistics, including registration and attendee tracking, presentation and materials support, and pre- and post-event evaluations.

Research Associate, Gnotobiotics

The Research Associate, Gnotobiotics will be responsible for overseeing germ-free mouse facilities and facilitating germ-free mouse experiments using gnotobiotic isolators. You will be working closely with multiple faculty laboratories from the Schools of Medicine, Engineering, and Humanities and Sciences focusing on human microbiome research, facilitated by Sarafan ChEM-H and MITI.

Scientific Program Manager, Biologics

We are seeking a highly motivated scientist to serve as the Scientific Program Manager, Biologics for the Stanford Innovative Medicines Accelerator (IMA), a partnership between Sarafan ChEM-H and Stanford Medicine. The Scientific Program Manager will play a critical role in enabling projects at multiple stages of the translational pipeline, helping to advance new medicines from prototyping through IND and manufacturing into proof-of-concept clinical trials.
